Alings, pronounced “Aa-Lings” has created a delectable cuisine which depicts the Chinese cultural heritage. In the 1940’s a large population of Chinese people immigrated to India and across the globe, as the Chinese people travelled they integrated cooking techniques and ingredients from the cuisine of other cultures.
Alings dishes encapsulates this cultural blend using Indian ingredients which are sautéed in a wok and cooked in our very own in-house crafted sauce.

We offer an Indo-Chinese fusion that you’re absolutely going to love! Note that this isn’t experimental fusion cuisine. Instead, it’s a style of cooking that dates back centuries. Hakka Chinese traders settled into the city of Kolkata in India in the late 1700s. Eventually they began cooking their own food and opening restaurants, and a unique style of cooking emerged. You might also know this cuisine as “Hakka” Chinese food.

If we’re working, we’re willing to fill a takeout order. Our lunch service runs Friday through Sunday from 11 AM to 2:30 PM and our dinner service runs from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. As a matter of courtesy, though, we’d ask that you avoid putting an order in at 10:29 PM. Allow us the time and energy to put the love and care into your dish that you deserve. Nobody gets a good, loving dish from a rushed chef who just wants to go home.
Absolutely! Our delightful catering options even help you give vegans, strict carnivores, gluten-free diners, and dairy free diners a wealth of options. We offer several fairly-priced party packages that serve up to 30 guests, or party trays that can help you enhance your next event. We can serve 20 to 500 guests and customize packages based on your preferences. We also provide full-service support including servers, tables, silverware, chairs…even DJs!

If you’re ordering box meals, our minimum order is $150. Our party packages serve 20 or 30 guests and are priced at $395 and $575 respectively. You may order a single party tray for as little as $90 and we’re happy to fill an order for a single party tray, or for multiples. For fewer than 20 guests, it’s usually more cost-effective to just order 19 take-out options from the menu.

We do! We offer twelve mouth-watering options, and none of them are salad. You’ll find as many options on our vegetarian/vegan menu as you would find on the beef or chicken menu, and each dish is prepared with the same loving care. Alings is the place to be if you’re trying to look out for everyone’s dietary preferences.
Absolutely! We offer plenty of dishes that don’t include any rice or noodles, the two most common sources of gluten in the Chinese dishes you’re most familiar with. Or, if you love rice, you can just ask for our gluten-free fried rice and steamed rice!
Our most requested dishes are lollipop chicken, spring rolls, chili wings, chili pepper shrimp, hot & sour soup, Manchow soup, chili chicken, manchurian chicken, Kung pao chicken, Bombay basil chicken, crispy beef, Hakka pepper steak, sizzling beef, shrimp 88, Sugar Land shrimp, the Meeri Meeri sizzler, garlic lobster, and sizzling fish.
Lunch specials are available Monday thru Friday 11 am – 2:30 pm, entrees range from $12.95-15.50 and they include a soup, spring roll, and fried rice.
